 Could you make a splash?
June 2010: It has been a characteristic of Long Furlong since the beginning that when something needed doing, everyone mucked in.
However, as we have grown in numbers and the needs have grown correspondingly, there are several areas of church life that are struggling for the right people to help.
Ron and the Strategy Group have been thinking and praying about this, and have suggested that the whole congregation take a little time out over the next few weeks to consider what each of our gifts are, and how we can all contribute to the life of the church in a way that enhances our collective effectiveness and sense of belonging, without overloading any individuals.
We have created simple one-page summaries of a range of ministries within the Church that people could consider as areas in which to be involved. Please click on any that you would like to explore.
