Safety advice: we love having your children with us, but please remember that your children's safety is your responsibility whilst on the school premises and they must not be left unsupervised at any time, especially after the services.
While you're on the school premises ... The school has kindly given us permission to use the main hall, nursery, music room, the central outdoor play area (with adult supervision only), the toilets opposite the photocopier, and the corridors needed to get at them. However, please note that all other areas, especially classrooms, are out of bounds. For security reasons, no external doors or windows should be opened except by an adult, who must ensure that they are closed and locked afterwards
PRAYER AFTER THE SERVICE
If anyone would like someone to pray with them on any occasion, or after the service on Sunday, please ask whoever is leading the service, and we will direct you to an appropriate person.
PASTORAL TEAM
If you or anyone you know needs to be visited or would appreciate prayer, please contact Alison Summers (535102), Wendy Crocker (524096) or Cathy Walker (528134). If you are interested in getting involved in visiting, please speak to one of the team.

GOOD NEWS – Youth Pastor appointment
Matt Luscombe, married to Sam with a young daughter Miriam, and another on the way, will be joining us in September! He is currently Youth Worker at Fleet Baptist Church in Hampshire where he has seen the young people’s work grow considerably. He studied Maths at Southampton University followed by a PGCE and taught for two years in a secondary school before taking up his present post five years ago. He is just completing a Youth & Community Studies with Applied Theology course at Oxford Brookes. Let’s thank God for His calling, His provision for us and be praying for Matt and the family as they prepare to join us. Many thanks. Tim
DAVID & MURIEL FRASER are overwhelmed by your support and wish to thank everyone who helped with and all those who came to the bring & buy sale – over £1000 was raised for Myeloma UK.
The Frasers’ daughter Deb Gascoyne writes: “I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who supported my parents in the Bring & Buy sale that was held last Thursday. Nick and I are absolutely humbled by the support, kindness and generosity people have shown in both helping my parents to arrange the morning, and in terms of donations, cakes and items for the sale. To have raised over £1000 is just outstanding and I know that the team at Myeloma UK will be as grateful as we are.
I would also like to thank you all for your prayers and your support for my parents (and our family) at a time which has definitely been challenging for us all. Cancer is a terribly daunting illness for anyone, and it is sometimes scary knowing there is no cure for mine. But the support that my family receives keeps us all going and hopefully gives us the strength that we need to deal with whatever lies ahead. Thank you again.”
